I was looking for plumber to install a whole home water filter system. I contacted Anthony and recommended a salt free & filter system, he explained everything about this particular brand, as if he was the inventor/engineer of these tanks. When they arrived, he was waiting on parts for his van, he always keep in touch, letting me know his status.
On the day of install, we did a walk through he explained everything, explained how the plumbing was originally installed in the home. As he was cutting the new copper he was telling me his process. He’s an excellent teacher, never speaking down to you always making sure you’re clear on his explanation. When he finished he showed me the valves he installed, how to remove the pre & post filter. Walked through the home again to trying all the faucets and checking the flow rate. We also talked about the next few projects and estimates.
