He is always on time, extremely thorough on the job at hand, but, more importantly, explains the big picture and any issues that might be coming in the future that he can address before the problem arises. Had a job to replumb water to my refrigerator. After seeing the set-up, he recommended alternatives that were more practical. He really knows his water systems, and is willing to spend the time explaining the work to you. While he was here, he made a few minor repairs and didn’t charge me too! That’s so refreshing when in an era of nickel and diming, it was downright… just nice. He’s highly knowledgeable, respectful, and his pricing is very reasonable.

I had a leak in my water meter, of course it was on my side!! I looked on line and after reading the reviews, I called ASG. Anthony said if it was an emergency, he’d be right out, but if not, he’d be at my house first thing in the morning. How great is that! He showed up first thing in the morning. After looking at my leak, he explained all my options in detail. I felt very comfortable having him do the repair. He was honest and the price was reasonable. AND he gave me a 10 year guarantee. If I ever have any future water problems, I will call Anthony! I am planning on having him put in some irrigation lines for me.

I was looking for plumber to install a whole home water filter system. I contacted Anthony and recommended a salt free & filter system, he explained everything about this particular brand, as if he was the inventor/engineer of these tanks. When they arrived, he was waiting on parts for his van, he always keep in touch, letting me know his status.

On the day of install, we did a walk through he explained everything, explained how the plumbing was originally installed in the home. As he was cutting the new copper he was telling me his process. He’s an excellent teacher, never speaking down to you always making sure you’re clear on his explanation. When he finished he showed me the valves he installed, how to remove the pre & post filter. Walked through the home again to trying all the faucets and checking the flow rate. We also talked about the next few projects and estimates.

Does plumbing ever blow when it is NOT after hours and when you are home? Not this time! I got an answer to my after hours call to Anthony, and help without charge so I could hold on ’till he could come. He arrived promptly and gave me a separate written estimate for each plumbing problem that needed to be fixed (I decided to face all of the other little plumbing repairs that had been needed around the house.). I appreciated the he DID NOT TALK DOWN to me, but did thoroughly explain what needed to be done, and I believed the per-problem estimates, rather than the expected hourly rates, were reasonable. Anthony was very prompt, and worked quickly and efficiently, HIs work was very meticulous, and he used good materials. After he finished, he cleaned up thoroughly then asked me to inspect every area to make sure I didn’t have any concerns, and showed me each part he had removed and replaced. I found him to be honest, thorough, and experienced. I will definitely hire him again, and recommend him to my family and friends.

Our relatively simple outdoor task of replacing wornout galvanized plumbing with brass components, he attacked from all sides — function, safety, durability, and design. We had 2 issues that needed addressing: (a) a toilet that didnt’ work and a leaky, inefficient drip system. Anthony arrived promptly as scheduled, assessed the problem and installed a new toilet that same day (that same morning actually). He also thoroughly inspected our drip system, listened attentively about what we wanted, made good suggestions of his own to fix the system (he even made som changes on the spot for free). His work is meticulous. He provided us with a quote with a very patient and thorough explanation of what he thought needed to be done to get the system to do what we want. We worked out a plan for future work on the drip system. So far I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend ASG to friends and neighbors.

We had a broken toilet which Anthony replaced that very morning. He arrived right when he said he would. He also thoroughly inspected our drip system which was very old and in bad need for many, many repairs. I searched for a good water filer system for my home. I have 3 girls including my wife so I need to make sure the water system would accommodate my family needs. I called Anthony with ASG plumbing and he was able to explain and provide me with a great aquasana water system at a price I can afford. Anthony took care of two repairs: one to replace a faulty dish faucet, and another to repair a leaking connection on a water heater. On the first job, he not only installed a new faucet but upgraded the fittings and pipe. On the second job, he installed new piping and fittings to bring things up to code and removed unneeded connections for a defunct solar heater. Both jobs were done professionally and timely, on target with his estimate, work done was guaranteed for 3 years, and he was easy to work with. We have used Anthony Gravarge and ASG Plumbing for several projects over the past six months. He has installed a water filtration system in the kitchen and he has also replaced the water service coming into the house.

I had an exterior hose faucet and drip system installed a couple of years ago and recently started to noticed problems.
